Kosmik Radiation Radio - May 9, 2007 Playlist

This may be the most sought after collector's item in the history of the vinyl LP. I recently read of a sealed copy selling for $1000! In fact, I haven't actually heard this entire album myself -- most of it has been reissued in the past few years on Stones Throw records, but the world still awaits a re-hearing of this double-album masterpiece in its full original glory. The Stark Reality was a funk-fusion quartet led by Monty Stark, the world's greatest (and perhaps only) performer on electrified vibraphone! For this, the sole album they released, the group performs Monty's very psychedelic arrangements of Hoagy Carmichael songs for children! The resulting album is truly one of a kind.
